Highly Secured, Hot-Redundancy
Hot redundancy requires a central station to have multiple generators, phone lines, networks, locations, and a system that fails over to a secondary site without causing any interruptions in service.
We regularly test our redundancies and failover through planned assessments as well as with monthly system patches and updates. The combination of these specific planned tests and ongoing system maintenance allows us to validate our redundancy in a controlled environment. From these tests we learn whether all failover operates as expected, and if not, it provides us a safe environment to examine the unexpected behavior and determine the cause.

Immediate failover ensures that if a central station goes down, automations will immediately switch over the signal path to another central station without human interaction, improving the accuracy, speed and efficiency of systems.
