One of the tools that we have developed is our Technician Mobile App. The app is one of our most useful tools for both dealers and technicians, allowing you to manage and test accounts from essentially anywhere in the world, from a smartphone.

In a nutshell, the app makes life easier for technicians. It allows technicians to:

  • Put any subscribers’ account on test, without having to make a call to the central station.
  • Be more precise with testing as the app allows you to create multiple zones and test those zones at the same time.
  • Look up the account history from their mobile phones, without having to log into Stages.


Plus, when technicians are out in the field, the App can help increase their efficiency. The app is integrated with Google and Apple Maps, so if the technician needs directions to a specific location, all they have to do is click on the address. And if they need to contact the subscriber, they can quickly access the account info, click on the number, and call the subscriber. Lastly, the app will also pull up the accounts that are closest to their location, making it a more streamlined process, as the technician won’t have to backtrack if they’re going from account to account.

The Technician Mobile App is also customizable. Any technician or business owner can customize the default settings to their personal preferences. This can include site type, site groups, or site devices, with all of these in one centralized place for easy navigation.
