You may be wondering what the Caregiver app is… let us explain! The Caregiver app allows professional and family caregivers to provide the most comprehensive and inclusive care possible for your subscribers. It works as a data centre to monitor how your subscribers use their Belle X device.
It tracks the Belle X device’s on-off status, battery life, the first motion of the day, any falls, as well as tracking any device button presses throughout the day. The data produced from tracking provides caregivers with unique insights, allowing them to better manage the health and well-being of their care recipients. On top of that, it allows approved family caregivers to check in on their loved ones as well, to monitor from afar.
